    GEC is an international business and management consulting company, implementing systemic business solutions to large and medium enterprises/organizations and start-up companies and projects, that need efficient business advice to grow and change. We work both with private and public organizations.

    Our Systemic Approach

    We use systemic approach to assist client companies to become more efficient, easily handle changes and achieve growth. In systemic, we mean that we see organizations as a system of interrelated components that support your institutional flow. In order to assess and improve the flow and results, we examine the nature of these interrelations. Whether you need to tackle the existing challenges or venture into new areas, all components need to interact harmoniously. Our job is to make it happen.

    Since our establishment in 2010, we successfully implemented more than 150 different scale projects, became members of International Society for Performance Improvement, became representatives of IFS (a leading global provider of ERP software) in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and opened representation in capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek and largest metropolis of Kazakhstan, Almaty.

  • Young Business Consultants Program

    GEC contributes to the development of qualified personnel in the market and actively supports the employment and professional growth of graduates. Young Business Consultants Program (YBCP) is a full-time, paid professional development program, where candidates undergo long-term professional development courses with the prospect of further employment within the company. YBCP provides an experience to young change leaders to become top business consultants to lead for a better world and develop themselves.

    The team of key consultants of GEC is comprised with young and experienced professionals, educated in US, Europe and best Georgian business schools and universities with Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees, multilingual in Georgian, English, Russian, German, Lithuanian, Turkish, Kyrgyz and Kazakh.
