Cooperation with the Pension Agency
GEC launched a new project: “Development of a Long-term Organizational Strategy and Action Plan for the Pension Agency”.
On May 10, GEC team conducted a kick-off meeting with the management of the Agency. At the meeting, the presentation of the project was held, and an action plan was agreed. Within the project GEC team will develop:
- Three-year organizational development strategy with the mission, vision, core values, medium-term priorities, goals, and strategic objectives;
Two-year action plan with specific activities and actions, budget estimates, outcomes/outputs, responsible units/managers, and monitoring and evaluation criteria against which to measure the progress of the strategy implementation.
The project is being implemented by USAID’s Human and Institutional Capacity Development Activity in Georgia.
