Cooperation with Archi
We support the leading development company Archi in achieving their business process optimization goals.
In the frames of collaboration, our team has been working closely with Archi's management to design and deliver customized training sessions that meet their specific needs. Our team members George Simongulashvili, Eka Katamadze, and Alexander Tchelidze led two 2-day training on “Business Process Modeling and Analysis”, where Archi's employees could enhance their skills and knowledge through interactive exercises and best practices in the field.
