Within the cooperation framework with advertising company Daisy, we support them in modeling and implementing business processes.
Our team will conduct an in-depth analysis of the company's business model and operational activities, describe cross-functional processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
To ensure the effective transformation of business processes, Daisy team members will be trained and workshops will be implemented.
We believe that by working together, we will achieve the desired results.
The project is implemented with the co-financing of the European Union within the framework of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) program for supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
