ERT on Business Process Analysis and Optimization
GEC is leading the USAID HICD Center of Excellence’s Executive Roundtable (ERT) sessions on Business Process Analysis and Optimization. The sessions are supporting participating organizations to enhance their critical business processes through targeted process modeling and optimization.
The sessions are conducted with the participants from:
- Georgian National Competition Agency;
- Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency;
- National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
Our Partner, Eka Katamadze, and Business Consultant Alexandre Tchelidze, are providing coaching and collaborative support to participating organizations.
The primary goal of these sessions is to achieve optimal business process efficiency. By selecting 2-3 key areas, organizations will undergo in-depth process modeling and optimization, resulting in streamlined operations and improved outcomes.
With a total of 28 meetings planned, we will ensure thorough coverage of essential topics and allow ample time for discussions, analysis, and practical implementation. At the end of the ERT sessions, participating organizations can expect tangible results, including enhanced business process efficiency and improved overall performance.
