Kick-off meeting with management of ZSPAOn March 2nd, GEC conducted a kick-off meeting with management of LEPL Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration. At the meeting, the presentation of the project was held and an action plan was agreed.
The Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration (ZSPA) is directly accountable to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia. The school is established in 2005 with the mandate to deliver training and professional development programs for broader range of civil servants. The goal of the project is to enhance ZSPA’s operational effectiveness and efficiency through improving its institutional setup, streamlining its processes and re-designing its functions, so that the organization successfully positions itself as a training provider of choice for public servants at the national level. GEC team will work for the redesign of the processes, the organizational optimization, and development of communications and marketing strategy.
