Training and Workshops at MoECS of Ajara AR
Within the scope of the on-going project - Supporting the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Ajara (MoECS) Autonomous Republic (AR) to improve organizational structure, policy planning and HR practices – on September 11, 12 and 13, GEC team is conducting training and workshops on elaborating the organizational development strategy of the Ministry.
GEC team will also present to the Ministry officials the findings and recommendations of the implemented functional and stakeholder analysis.
